I complete understand schedules can get a bit crazy at times and emergencies arise. I ask that you respect my time as much as you want me to respect yours. So, whenever possible, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance, or as soon as you know you cannot make our appointment. Genuine emergencies are an exception to this 24 hour rule of course. If it’s a matter of “being embarrassed” that you didn’t meet your goals for our meeting time, please give yourself grace. There are times we can get stuck even in the coaching process. I am here for you in the up and down journey to help you press through what is blocking you or getting in your way. I understand the journey! We are in this together. You will not be judged, but gently nudged to press on. Don’t ever think a question is a dumb question. Please, if you have a question, ask it. If you are struggling, share it. If you’re afraid, face it….I am with you every step of the way. I understand fear….I lived in it most of my life.
We have several options to offer our clients for coaching: phone, facetime for iPhone users, Skype or Google+ hangout. We can vary what communication vehicle we you over the course of our coaching journey. We will also be setting up an online webinar/workshop and google+ hangout format which will help clients who perhaps cannot afford the one on one coaching so we work as a group – this is cool because you can meet new friends from all over the world even.
That’s entirely up to you. We can do a fast track, once a week, or I have clients who want to meet every other week or once a month.
