I don’t know about you but I get excited about words and the meaning they bring to our lives!

Words have power to lift up and encourage or tear down

The quality of the words we use really do dictate the quality of our lives.

Righteousness is interchangeable with justice. We all want justice for the injustices we see around us. But righteousness is a greater word in that it reflects God’s nature and His standards of what is just.

Being reconciled to God helps us know how to carry out wise justice in our world that is necessary for rightness in our world.

And last but certainly not least rest. Rest for our soul and our body. Creating margin in our lives from so much busyness. The hustle bustle of life can stress and strain us to no end. God gave us the gift of rest so we could rejuvenate ourselves – disconnect from tasks and the to-do lists. We were not created to work seven days and be on the go go go 24/7. Rest helps our mind filter things out.

Rest lets us rejuvenate, recreate, recharge for our work. Please don’t ignore the value of rest. Take care of yourself ~ YOU are loved, YOU are valued.
