Going through some old files and came across this from when I taught USANA L.E.A.N. For Life classes in Carson City, Nevada (L.E.A.N. stands for Lifestyle-Education-Activity-Nutrition)
* Moderate Exercise
* Eat 5 Times Daily
* Protein at Every Meal
* Don’t Eat Trans Fats
* May 50% of All Food You Eat LOW-GLYCEMIC Foods
(In general, the more fiber, protein, or fat in a food, the lower the glycemic index. Foods that are highly processed or high in refined sugar or flours are typically high-glycemic)

I feel very strongly led to encourage us
I feel very strongly led to encourage us all to pray for the jury in the Gosnell trial. If any of them are post-abortive will most likely need counsel and care. Those who aren’t will just need trauma counseling. From what I heard from a reporter who sat through the whole trial, he said it was worse than any trial, the worst of the worst in all of his 27 years as a reporter. The House of Horrors trial should never be happening anywhere on this planet…when will we learn? Thank you, Please pray….<3 http://ow.ly/i/26JCa
